How much is a session?
Each physio sets their own rate and tells you on WhatsApp before the first session, with no commitment. You pay the physio directly: Kinezy charges you nothing.
How does booking work?
On the physio's profile, pick a slot within their hours, then confirm your WhatsApp number with the code you receive: no password to create. You get a message already written for them, and the physio accepts or declines your request.
Can I book for a relative?
Yes. You book with your WhatsApp number, then tell the physio directly on WhatsApp who the session is for and what they need.
Are Kinezy’s physios verified?
Yes. The Kinezy team verifies every physio before their profile goes live.
Is it reimbursed?
Depending on the practitioner, you can get a care sheet for your insurer.
