1. Who we are and what Kinezy is for
Kinezy (kinezy.ma) is a digital platform that connects patients looking for home physiotherapy sessions in Morocco with independent physiotherapists verified by the Kinezy team.
By using the site, creating an account or booking a slot, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Kinezy.
2. Kinezy is not a healthcare provider
Kinezy is not a healthcare facility, a clinic or the physiotherapists’ employer. Kinezy provides no consultation, examination, diagnosis or treatment, and guarantees no therapeutic outcome.
Kinezy is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call 141 (SAMU) or 15 (civil protection) straight away.
3. Your account
You can open an account with an email address and a password, or with a WhatsApp number confirmed by a code. You agree to give accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your sign-in details to yourself.
An account is personal. You are responsible for what is done from it: tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
Accounts are for adults. For a child, a parent or relative books from their own account.
4. Booking a session (patients)
You choose the physiotherapist and, if you wish, a slot within the hours they have opened; otherwise the day and time are agreed with them on WhatsApp. You then confirm your WhatsApp number with the code we send you. If the number is new, your patient account is opened at this step.
You tick the box that allows us to send your WhatsApp number to the physiotherapist. Kinezy asks nothing about your health: what the person being treated needs, you explain directly to the physiotherapist on WhatsApp.
A booking is a request: the physiotherapist accepts or declines it. Depending on your situation, they may ask you for a doctor’s prescription. You receive a ready-written WhatsApp message to contact them, and you agree on the address and practical details directly with them.
If the appointment no longer suits you, cancel it from your account as soon as possible to free the slot.
5. Practising on Kinezy (physiotherapists)
By sending your profile, you certify that you hold a physiotherapy diploma recognised in Morocco, the legal authorisations required to practise, and valid professional civil liability insurance.
You practise independently, under the applicable ethical and professional rules, and you alone bear the clinical, professional and ethical responsibility for the care you give.
You keep your hours and days off up to date, and you answer booking requests within a reasonable time. What a patient tells you is used only to arrange and give their care.
6. Profile verification and its limits
Before a profile is published, the Kinezy team verifies the physiotherapist. The “Verified by Kinezy” badge reflects this administrative check: it is neither a state licence to practise nor a guarantee of results.
The physiotherapist remains responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of what they send. Any forgery, identity theft or deliberately misleading statement may lead to suspension of the account, removal of the badges or deletion of the profile, without prejudice to the measures provided by law.
7. Fees and paying for sessions
Each physiotherapist sets their own rates, in dirhams. Kinezy collects no fees: you pay for the session directly and in full to the physiotherapist.
Kinezy neither collects nor keeps prescriptions or medical records. If a prescription is required by law or for reimbursement by your health insurance, show it to the physiotherapist directly at the visit.
8. Physiotherapists’ subscriptions
Physiotherapists subscribe to a Kinezy plan (Essential or Pro, see the pricing page). Payment is by bank transfer and the Kinezy team records it on receipt: nothing is charged online.
We let you know before a paid period ends. Once it has ended, the profile stays visible for a 7-day grace period, then is hidden from patients until it is renewed.
A subscription gives access to directory features. It guarantees no number of appointments or income: the choice of physiotherapist belongs to patients.
9. Reviews
A review can only be left after an appointment the physiotherapist accepted, once its time has passed. It must reflect your real experience.
Kinezy may hide or remove a review that is defamatory, abusive, off-topic or that contains personal or medical information.
10. What is not allowed
By using Kinezy, you agree not to:
- create a fake account or pass yourself off as someone else;
- book slots you do not intend to keep, or in large numbers;
- collect physiotherapists’ profiles or contact details, by hand or automatically (bots, scraping);
- get around or probe the platform’s security measures, or disrupt how it works;
- post illegal, abusive or misleading content.
11. Suspending and closing an account
Kinezy may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, letting you know first where possible.
You can delete your account at any time from your space (“Delete my account”), or by writing to us (see “Contact us” at the bottom of this page).
12. Intellectual property
The Kinezy name, logo, texts and visual elements belong to Kinezy. They must not be copied or used in a way that suggests an affiliation, partnership or authorisation from Kinezy without prior agreement.
By posting a photo, a description or a review, you allow Kinezy to show it on the platform for as long as it is online.
13. Availability and liability
Kinezy makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and secure. The service may still be interrupted for an update, maintenance or force majeure.
Kinezy is responsible for its platform, account management and booking features. Kinezy is not responsible for the clinical choices or care given by independent physiotherapists, nor for what a patient and a physiotherapist say to each other outside the platform.
14. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest update. For an important change, we will let you know and, where needed, ask you to accept them again.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution with you before going to the competent Moroccan courts.
